My story
A decade in hospitality, from every side of the room.
With over a decade in hospitality, along with years of experience in private events and marketing, I’ve seen the event industry from both sides. I’ve helped bring celebrations to life and businesses find better ways to connect with the people looking for them. I started out serving and bartending, moved into catering events, then planning them, and picked up everything in between along the way.

Whether it’s a wedding, a milestone birthday, or a team lunch for a local office, my goal is the same: you get to enjoy the moment while I handle the details. Seeing it all come together is my favorite part of the job.

Here, you’ll find thoughtfully curated wedding venues, planning inspiration, honest tips, local businesses worth knowing, and ideas for making events feel a little more intentional. Based in New England and planning events across New Hampshire and Maine, Kaynote Events is about making it easier to discover beautiful places, great people, and ideas actually worth saving.
About the name
Kaynote, not keynote.
Is it Kaynote or Keynote?
It’s Kaynote, spelled K-A-Y. The name is a play on “keynote,” spelled with “Kay” for Kaylynn. If you searched for “Keynote Events” and found your way here, you’re in exactly the right place.
Why the name Kaynote?
A keynote is the main event, the moment everyone remembers. That’s what I want every celebration and gathering I plan to feel like, whether it’s a wedding or a Tuesday team lunch. In other words: every event deserves a Kaynote.
